Bachelor of Science (Hon) in Human Resource Management
Overview
The Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Human Resource Management is a 360 credit size qualification (UK).
This Program can be studied as both a standalone program, or as a 1 year extension to a Bachelor program study.
This qualification in Business and Administrative management culminates at OFQUAL Level 7 and has been developed to conform to the requirements of the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF), to meet the requirements of employers, the needs of learners of our centres. The qualification is not tied to any specific industry but delivers the skills, knowledge and understanding that are required by learners aspiring to roles in business and human resource management in different sectors on a domestic and international platform.
Student who have completed a one or two year professional diploma may be eligible for exemptions and if these exemptions are granted will receive a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Human Resource Management.

Why Study a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Human Resource Management at SCPU Business School ?
This program is designed to partially fulfil the Full Member membership requirements of the Institute of Management Specialists (UK) and to provide students a pathway to directly enter a Masters program at a number of UK universities.

Students successfully completing this programme will be awarded a SCPU Business School - Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Human Resource Management degree.
Progression Pathways
Students wishing to continue their studies can then enrol directly into the SCPU - Business School Post Graduate Diploma in Management (OFQUAL Level 7 - 1 Year) or directly into the SCPU Business School International Master of Business Administration.
Students who wish to, can apply to continue their studies at a number of UK universities. As these qualifications are OFQUAL approved, UK universities will generally accept the credits awarded to students.

Please note that the UK Visas and Immigration Department (UKVI) requires adult students to have acceptable English language ability before they can apply to become an adult student under Tier 4 (General) of the points-based system. An applicant is required to be competent in the English language at a minimum of CEFR level B2 for a QCF qualification at level 6 or above.
